 Hello! from plusheeze! We make adorable unique handmade plushies. All of our products are hand and machine sewn by myself. All of our materials are new and put together in a smoke-free environment.

All of our orders come packaged neatly and wrapped in little clear gift bags with tags.

Shipping-

All orders are made to order, So usually it takes 4 - 5 days after your order is placed before it is processed for shipping, So please buy in advance for gifts. 

All products created by Plusheeze are made to order, please allow 4-5 days for your order to be completed before it’s ready to be shipped. Orders in the UK will be shipped using first class royal mail. International buyers will receive their orders via air mail. In case of any shipping delays; the buyer will be contacted and notified of the delay. Please allow up to 7 days since the date of shipping within the UK and up to 28 days for international orders. Please do note that if ordering a gift; it’s highly recommended you place your order in advance. During busy holidays shipping may exceed the stated length of time; this is out of our hands. Plusheeze always aim to provide their customers with the highest quality items and aim to ship them as fast as possible.

How long will my custom order take to arrive arrive?

Custom orders can take up to two weeks to make, this depends on the volume of orders that are currently being processed. This does not include time allocated for shipping. Shipping follows the usual procedures: UK buyers will have their order sent via first class royal mail, international buyers will receive their order sent via air mail.

Plusheeze strive to have orders made and shipped as soon as possible; if faster shipping is required or you wish to order a customer design in bulk orders, please contact us at via the contact page. We will try our best to meet your very needs whilst retaining our high standards.

Can I have a refund on my order?

If you are unhappy with your order you may return it providing all original packaging is present and the item is in the condition in which it was sent. All items are documented through photos before posting so that any defects can be detected with returned items. To return an item; you must contact Plusheeze via the contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. If you wish to issue a refund, you will be held responsible for paying the shipping fees to return the order. If the item differs from the original pictures taken before the initial shipping; a refund will not be issued. Parcels sent by Plusheeze are tracked, this helps to ensure orders arrive correctly and safely. Our customer satisfaction is our main priority.
